Accounting Module


Problem

All accounting-related documentation was handled exclusively on paper. Documents were sent directly to the external accounting firm, which frequently resulted in missing paperwork, confusion, and limited visibility for operational staff regarding which documents were required. 

Solution

I participated in the development of a software-based system that extracted relevant data from the ERP system, restructured it, and displayed it in a dedicated user interface. Accountants could follow a checklist showing which documents were required, missing, or already uploaded. Supporting documentation could be uploaded and stored directly in the system.

Result

Documentation errors decreased significantly, with missing document cases reduced by approximately 90%. All accounting documentation became instantly accessible to the accounting firm located in another country.

Bluescreen Project


Problem

Management lacked a clear and immediate overview of the company’s operational performance. Generating performance insights required significant manual work and did not provide real-time visibility.

Solution

I designed a custom dashboard system resembling stock-exchange style displays that presented key operational indicators for multiple stakeholders. Data was extracted from the ERP system, restructured, and displayed through a user-friendly interface.

Result

Management and several departments—including sales, purchasing, logistics, and repair operations—gained fast access to critical performance indicators. Dashboards refreshed three times per day, improving the speed and quality of operational decision-making.

Repair Management System


Problem

Warranty repair cases were managed entirely on paper, making it difficult to track repair progress, communicate status updates to customers, and generate reports.

Solution

A web-based repair management interface was implemented where clients could register repair requests. The system included both a client-facing interface and an internal backend for managing repair cases.

Result

Sales staff workload decreased significantly, as repair tracking became automated and transparent. Customers could monitor repair status online at any time. 

Automated Shipping Calculation System


Problem

Shipping fees were charged at a fixed rate regardless of shipment size, often resulting in losses or overcharging customers.

Solution

A web-based shipping calculator integrated into the webshop and available as a standalone tool was developed. The system stored pricing data from multiple shipping providers and calculated optimal shipping options.

Result

Shipping operations became profitable, generating a consistent margin of approximately 10–50%. 

French Fries System (Recommendation Engine)


Problem

Sales representatives struggled to determine which products to recommend to customers.

Solution

A purchase-history-based algorithm was implemented to suggest products during the webshop checkout process.

Result

Product recommendations generated additional monthly revenue ranging from €0 to €10,000. 

KYC Module


Problem

Fraudulent company registrations were frequent, with individuals using stolen or fabricated documentation to make purchases and disappear without payment.

Solution

A structured client verification mechanism was implemented requiring documentation submission and automated cross-checking.

Result

Fraudulent registrations were reduced to zero. 

Automated Outlet Offer System


Problem

Inventory items with long storage periods were difficult to track, leading to losses due to unsold stock.

Solution

An inventory algorithm analyzed stock age and automatically applied pricing strategies to accelerate the sale of slow-moving items.

Result

Products with excessive days-on-stock were highlighted and cleared faster, minimizing inventory losses.

Automated Order Receipt System


Problem

Some clients failed to report transactions to their local authorities, resulting in penalties for the company.

Solution

An automated order confirmation system was implemented which required clients to confirm receipt of shipments by replying to a follow-up email in which the receipt of order was legally declared.

Result

Fraudulent activities were eliminated and no further penalties were received.

Sentinel Algorithm


Problem

Generating a comprehensive overview of company performance required several hours of manual reporting work.

Solution

A reporting framework was implemented that extracted data from the ERP system, performed calculations, and presented results across multiple Excel sheets.

Result

Major reporting cycles were reduced from several hours to approximately 30 minutes.

Grading Algorithm


Problem

The purchasing department struggled to identify high-performing products quickly.

Solution

A reporting algorithm calculated product flip rates using ERP data and classified products based on performance.

Result

Identification of high-potential products became significantly faster, reducing analysis time from hours to under 15 minutes.

Solar Pricing Engine


Problem

Sales team and Solution Manager needed a structured template for creating solar solution proposals.

Solution

A macro-based Excel pricing template was developed containing all necessary pricing parameters for solar solutions.

Result

Solution Manager was able to quickly generate structured offers for the Sales representatives and they easily transferred the data into the ERP system.

Automated Offer Generation System


Problem

Creating visually structured, professional proposals required significant manual effort from the sales team.

Solution

An application was developed that generated structured PDF proposals based on ERP data inputs.

Result

Sales representatives could generate professional proposals within minutes instead of manually designing them.
